What's the cheapest price for a blue laser anyone has ever seen? I found a 5 mW one on ebay for $125 (can't post links search "New Quality Blue Violet Laser Pointer 5mW Amazing Lazer") but I was just wondering if there are any cheaper ones out there.

i think he means blue ray... lol if there was a blue for $100 I woudl sell everything I could for it lol

still waiting for a reply jake....

For Blue, you will most likely have to pay $500 for an Aquarius from, Laser glow for 2mW-5mW. You can buy ~100mW of violet off of here for about $100-$150 in the BST section.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. I found a scanner a few days back that had a 650nm red and a 15mW 473nm blue built in and the whole unit was just £200.

For that price it would be worth buying the unit, riping out the blue and replacing it with a green. Then selling the scanner as a RGY and selling the blue for £400.

Which is of course what you did... right?

Otherwise, got a link to that product? :D

Its called a RBV, which I can only assume is red, blue, violet. The description says it has 473nm which is blue.

Uh... the price of that laser is about $1000 USD. Which sounds about right. Not sure where you pulled $400 (200 pounds) from :)

Damn! You had to say that, they must have put their prices up. I checked this morning and it was not that expensive.

Ok argon is interesting to me at the moment..

What can i expect to pay for an argon laser on ebay?

Argon on eBay? Don't forget, Argons are BIG. The shipping for one of them can be almost the same as the auction price! So be careful of that.
