Cheap PCB fabrication.

I'm wondering where I can find cheap PCB fabrication. So far all the places I've seen (DorkBot and such) are in the US. I assume there is a company in China that also does similar small quantities of PCB for a lot less, but I haven't been able to find any with google.
Since it takes 3 weeks to ship either way (actually from China is usually faster than from the US) I would rather pay the Chinese.

Also, if there's one in Canada that I am unaware of that would be helpful as well

Look into seeed studio and itead studio. They are both very similar (sometimes I think they might be the same company with two websites). The boards are pretty cheap and you get a lot. The downside is you have to cut them yourself, they don't have the same minmums as dorkbot/osh park, and you dont automatically get gold plating like dorkbot/osh park.

Can definitely recommend itead studio, I use them for all my PCB work. Like Ben said though, they won't do panelizing cuts for you, so you _can_ cram more than 1 circuit onto the same board and even mark cut lines with silkscreen, but they won't drill any slots of lines of holes for you. If you get the thinner PCB's (Like 0.8 I use frequently) then you can cut it with a good pair of scissors

we use APCircuits out of Alberta. They have a pricing
