how do you people find out if theres any laser inside (not just LEDs or similar), and which? SAMs FAQ?
..my biggest fear came true: there are sequencers on ebay here.. way too expensive, but one day..

Research, research and some more research (and then someone has to take a chance)

First clue = Does the unit even have a laser warning label on it anywhere? If it does not, (like the one in your link) it probably does not have a laser. No further research is needed.

If it does, then I continue to research until I am fairly sure what the laser is and if it is worth the price if I am correct.
