Can anybody edit a .gif for me?

The moderators are concerned with the "Screambuy.com" panel of my Avatar. Can anyone out there help me out by getting rid of it and uploading the new one?

All I need is the "Screambuy.com" removed. Everything else can stay in the Gif.
