Honestly, lack of understanding and maturity is what is killing this hobby for those of us who know what we are doing and enjoy it safely.
PLEASE do us all a favor and stay low powered and save yourself a run in with the police or a home visit from the gov if you don't want to take our advice. Don't take us down with you.
If you want a real laser be smart, read more on the forums, learn more about lasers, listen to suggestions made by highly experienced forumers, and read your local laws. Then, when/if you are ready, I am capable of building a 2W+ 445nm laser for a small fraction of what you would pay from any website and mine are far better quality.
