I assume you mean violet not blue. This is the cheapest 200mw violet you'll get.

I hope you mean 'blu-ray' or violet. A 200mW blue is relatively unheard of. If you're into DIY, then here's a parts list for you, if you want it homemade (for a 200mW violet)
