I have been in radio (RF) for over 55 years.
These are tricky but not too bad if you use
a PWM to control the output on startup.
An SWR bridge or BIRD watt meter helps.

I got your PM. This is what I'm talking about:

The laser tube is at the top, the 380 Watt RF driver is at the bottom
and the 28 VDC 18 Amp PS is at the rear. I don't recommend this
to anyone not experienced in RF and high impediance antennas.
