Building one

You need to learn your parts.

A diode is a very small semiconductor, similar to an LED, that lases using electrical current as the "pump" and a tiny semiconductor as the lasing medium.

A module is simply a case to protect the laser diode from damage. Modules usually come with lenses.

A driver is what provides the diode with constant current and variable voltage, because laser diodes are current-driven devices.

@ OP - Please read the links in my sig and search from there. No one's going to spoon feed you. You have to put effort in. The hobby as a whole is not cheap and it sounds like you will be wasting some of those, "cheap", modules, or diodes with potmod , or whatever you think you are after . You sound impatient and will likely release the magic smoke rather than any lovely photons .

can you just help me instead of trollin please?

I am amazed you did not get b$%&# slapped (metaphorically speaking) by someone for this. If your going start a new hobby you need to research. You obviously havent spent even an hour looking over the basics since you do not know what a diode is. I might seem like I am being harsh but I am being VERY MILD compared to the lashing you will get if you keep demanding help without putting any effort into it yourself.

Please understand I am actually trying to be nice and help you here. Once you get a bunch of negative reputation points good luck getting any help.
