Build Request 405, 505, & 520nm (Trying to find lowest divergence possible)

I would like the following builds
BDR 16X 405nm 800-900mW
Sharp 505nm 50-75mW
PL520 75-100mW

I can buy the module from dtr and have it shipped to you, or you can just aquire all the parts on your own.

I would like reverse polarity protection on all lasers. And enough heatsinking for a run time of 60-120 seconds. I don't really care what batteries it uses but I would prefer 18650, followed by 18350, followed by 10440. 16340 is OK I guess and 26650 is a bit overkill for these builds. AAA would be fine too for the green builds.

If you could make it be able to adapt onto a jetlasers, or sanwu beam expander that would be fantastic. (Preferably jetlasers because it's 10x)

I would like to do this fairly cheap (who wouldn't?) so I don't need anything too crazy.

Ideally I would like to be about $300 total, so $100 each.

I'm not sure that kind of run time is achievable with the bdr without active cooling. Since it's already pushed to the brink of death at that power, how quickly you can pull heat away matters... I've never considered running mine anywhere near that long. The 505s are difficult to build with because they're not case neutral or negative like we're used to, they're case positive which adds some complexity with the available drivers we have. Then having the right tap for the beam expanders, especially if the builder doesn't own one, might also be an issue.

Not that I have anything to offer myself, just saying you might have trouble getting anyone to bite at $100 each with those requirements under normal circumstances.

Understandable, the run time isn't really that big of a deal tbh, 60 seconds should be fine. If my price range is unreasonable that's not an issue, I just want some suggestions as to how much it would cost. As long as it's a reasonable quote.
Thank you for the reply but unfortunately I don't have any 14500 batteries. Only the ones I mentioned in my post.

Those BDR209s really don't last long at powers approaching 900 mW. I have lost several 405nm diodes trying to get the maximum power out of them. I would likely try for less than 800 mW if you want it to last. I'm not so sure that heat is the main problem as most have failed right at powering up.

I don't really care about the power too much, like I said, I'm going for divergence. I just used to have one at 900mW, whatever is safe for that diode is fine. As long as it's at least 500mW.

Survival laser hosts are too expensive, I'm sure I could get a better host for the same price or less with a custom builder, also features like being able to adapt to a beam expander.

Edit, got the 405 from lifetime17 and the 505/520 from Sanwu pocket series. This thread can be locked.
