Build a heatsink

I have an axis module with a 350mw open can diode in it, and i need to make a heatsink because it gets real hot in less than a minute. wehat would be the reommended heatsinking method/

It is the fourth item on this list... you can fit the driver into the heatsink aswell and have the power supply on the outside...thats what i did with mine...
