FFS......  Have a little patience, People like DDL and SenKat have a life outside the forums, they are ordinary people, like you and me (sic) not a multinational company with outlets everywhere.  They cut the price to the bone to give you great deals.

Think of the logistics of this,

100 sleds arrive, the list of buyers needs to be gone through one at a time, how many ordered? have they paid? Any special requests?  Where am I sending them?

Then package it up securely and write out the address label. Do that, let's say 50 times...I bet none of us have paid for that time....oh and then find the time to get to the post office, get them franked and posted. After that it is down the post office/mail man and he doesn't care how long you have been waiting.

I am in the uk so I expect things to take 3 to 4 weeks, D & S have always come through. Who could blame SenKat when he came to the board to announce he was giving up doing group buys? He was pi**ed (quite rightly) after being inundated with "when are they coming"  or "can he be trusted" and worst of all "SenKat sent me a dud" posts.

If you want the blue ray GB's to stop you are going the right way about it!

PS @DDL, I am now 4 for 4 on the bluerays ;D....I will most likely be needing more stock soon, I look forward to the next GB, and thanks for making it possible.

I couldn't have said it better myself, honestly.

Guys... I hope to have these out to everyone by next weekend. I had a bit of a problem with the order I put in before, and now it's in again. Package was sent out from China on the 11th via 3-day shipping. Factor in customs both ways (at China export and US import) it could possibly make it here in time. Once here, the orders will ship out as soon as possible.

This is not the last of the GB's. I hope to eliminate this mess soon and make these available permanently in my stock, and once orders are made, orders are filled. The truth is that cramming things to the last second spills disaster. Packaging 50 orders on the spot while trying to answer 30+ PM's a day, a bunch of e-mails and status requests, and all that while working a full time job and have a full life to lead is a bit difficult. I don't make money here... I actually end up losing money on these GB's. I don't do it because I'm profiting, it's a hobby... and in the process of me getting the parts I'd like to have I make it possible for others including myself to get them at the best prices possible.

I hope this explains it all...

I wouldn't run away with the money if that's what you're hinting at...

dont worry about it i know its a pain in the ass to get stuff from over seas ive been waiting 38 days for a laser from china
 
lol, yea, i finally got one DX order from china, and woo! it's the wrong stuff! i love it! luckily it won't affect me.

The best is when the shipment comes all banged up like they used it for blast tests! An order from DX had the labby red in it came in such shape... needless to say the fins on the laser came all bent up and banged up! It magically works though ;D

LOL, DX, no wonder the shipping is free, if they charged anything, they would have ppl crawling up their asses for sure!!

I wasn't thinking that at all. It's just that there was no news or updates on what's going on. I've asked before and there hadn't been a response for a week on if they'd been ordered, confiscated by customs, or if you were just waiting to package them. I really do appreciate everything you're doing, thanks, and keep up the good work. :)

thank god this is my last laser im not allowed to buy more cause i failed out of spanish at school(who the hell needs spanish anyways?) so this may be my last diy, oh by the way daedal i am currently in contact with a company forr 473nm lasers maybe GB for around 298$ for 2mw blue, and 368$ fo 5mw
 
Hey Toked $400 or under for 10 mW?  tell me how this turns out? (btw, threadjacking?)
