They are definitely different. If you look at them, the one in Kenom's combiner has the internal surface in parallel with the outer angle. The one from the sled has the internal surface in opposition.
That doesn't mean that it can't be used to combine beams. It means that you cannot come from the same directions as the one in Kenom's combiner.
