Projectors that old will not contain 445nm laser diodes.

If it's...

  1. New enough.
  2. Advertised as containing laser diodes or has appropriate warnings.
  3. Been opened up by a member here and confirmed to contain 445nm laser diodes.

Just buy one from Dtr already in a module. Much less risky.

One marketing catchphrase I've seen a lot is a Hybrid lightsource or Hybrid something or other.

ah ok
but i can see the beam of 405nm? because im not sure if 405nm already not visible anymore :O

another question (offtopic:)
i have a broken 50mw green laserdiode. how i know, that the driver isnt broken without another diode?

next time i get a 405nm diode (from an old dvd "vio-ray" burner x3). how i can put it on the driver perfectly?
also how i know where is + and where is -? and where pin is not used? :O

thanks for help :)
