I have two plastic host bodies that would be good for a labby...

they have a large opening at the back for a rocker switch and a 9 to 12 mm

hole for the laser module.. I am expecting more of these hosts in a couple weeks.

I am asking 15 a piece ..

Would you trade both of them for a polished C6 host?

First off, This is not your standard C6 host..
Second, surviva llaser does not offer a polished C6 host
Third, it takes around an hour and a half to strip and hand polish the host
So its worth all of the $45!;)

This is true! You can see my C6 (http://laserpointerforums.com/f72/deanodized-c6-88422.html) It is not an easy task to de-anodize a host. Especially with the deep knurling (Its halfway impossible to get the compund out of it). I'm honestly surprised that it only took him an hour and a half to do such a good job!

Im confused...you are selling project boxes for 15$ a piece? You realize you can buy these at radioshack for under 10$, right?

these are not from radioshack... these are heavy duty. and worth all of fifteen.

They may be heavy duty but they are still plastic. You can get a HUGE range of different looks/sizes of aluminum enclosures for the 5-20 dollar range.

I'm really just trying to wrap my head around the price of $15 for a salvaged plastic piece of some tractor part.
