Those look very cool indeed

One advantage of andy's modules is electic insulation, so you can operate green lasers in them even if your main board is connected to ground, without resorting to negative drivers.

I suppose all these things just solve a round-peg-square-hole problem to some degree, i havent found the cheapest or best option myself yet. It's all about making a decent thermal connection from an aixiz module to a decently sized heatsink - i wish they just made square aixiz modules ;p
