They refunded my money after 3 weeks of waiting for nothing.

THEY USE YOUR MONEY for a few weeks for God knows what.

Toaster, you can't list an item in an auction if you don't actually have it. That's against eBay's TOS and Probably illegal.

When you refund you are credited the fee from paypal..
It cost nothing through them. I cant remember if ebay
does the same, but I think they do.

I guess it could be considered a loan with no interest?

OR, you sell something non existant with one account and
buy more stock for another that will make guaranteed profit??

Im sure there is probably a scam like this, as it can be used
to ones advantage..
