"Best of Brucemir" pics (extremely picture heavy))

+1 to you brucemir.

I don't have the space, the gismos or probably the skill required to do half of this stuff, but you've made me want to at least try. I have some of those crystal things and plenty of CDs so I'll probably give this a go on the weekend and see how I do.

Here are my favs from 12/30 and some projector shots posted in the GB section

WOW  Absolutely stunning as unseal! This thread and all the photos are amazing, so much eye candy, I cant decide what one I like best... they're all so nice I feel it would be rude to all the other beatified photos to single one out haha

But I will say that on photo 175, if Pink Floyd was to ever reform I hope this is what their stage setup would look like

I cant give you anymore rep at the moment, its telling me I need to spread some more love, but when I can more rep coming your way Sir  you've got a fan here :)

in pic 283, are those beams from the lk pd2? if so, looks like yours leaks red in the yellow and purple just like mine. bummer. sweet pics as always, see if I can rep you yet.

nope...

Hey Shakenawake,
Yes that pic is with the PD2. I would think a better, more expensive projector would not leak the red into the yellows and purples. I will have to look at the all of the pics I have taken of the PD2 in action and try to identify more pics with that problem. It seems to do that more when using beams as opposed to projecting patterns, and then mostly when looking into the beams. I am very happy with the PD2. Since I am using it exclusively controlled by a DMX controller, the sound activated mode response problem doesn't concern me as much as other people.

I was able to +1 you though.

I have also observed it is mostly noticable when in beam show mode, though I see it on some 3d stuff too. debating between software and DMX. don't want to spend a bunch on software that allows things my projector lacks capability for. if one can flex all it's muscles as it were with DMX, I'll probably go that route

I think there may be different "ends" of the green bar of light that are used in different patterns for blending with the other colors. on one side of the bar it matches up, but not the other where the green bar seems to taper off and weaken, so on some smaller yellow parts, or parts I think should be yellow at least, it's mostly red, due to being on the bad side, but other patterns it looks fine. let me try to get some pics of what I'm talking about. it's the "V" beam show pattern with yellow in the spaces between the blue, mine's mosty red in those small parts. also the red circle beam show pattern with small yellow parts in the spaces, again, mine is mostly red.
