Thanks so much for the update.
Everything you said is pretty much what I was thinking. With the 12x SF-BW512Ls being so darn inexpensive (compared to what 12x bluray drives were a month ago) I would think that would warrent a drop in the 8x BDR-203s price as well.
...maybe not...
But I just wanted to see if you could find a price drop for these diodes and still keep the GB going.
And also thanks for letting me know you will be keeping me updated, I truly appreciate that!
