Banner covering pull down menus...???

Just wondering if I'm the only one that has the TMart banner
at the top of the Daily Posts page and even the Post New Thread
page covering all the pull down menus as of this morning...:thinking:

yeah...its covering my drop downs too and i tried on 4 different browsers. (Chrome,Firefox,IE and Safari.)
