It seems the FDA is really cracking the whip, they are looking through my posts and i have recived a warning. All my GBs that would be considered "illegal" are stopping. Sorry to everyone who wanted to be a part, i just hope this doesnt escalate further. It could literally ruin my life if it did.

how did they get our email address? if it was a pm who's the user?
 
Some people think it may be a competitor who thinks i will run them out of business, but i make nothing off my GBs which is probably even more of a threat to them. Theres around 10 people who have my email address that are new-ish that arnt so trusted, i dont if i should post them though.

Why would federal agents send an email? What there a return email address that is official? If not it's BS
 
I know, kind of strange, the only people i know who know i do these GBs are people here, so that means it has to be some one here who either reported me or is faking me out >:( >:( >:( >:(

I think if he actually worked for the FDA he'd email you from work and do his job.  It seems like a lot of work for someone in his position to bargain with people one by one in his FREE TIME instead of just fining them or whatever he's supposed to do.  It also seems a lot like he's threatening you instead of just giving you a warning- bullshit "internet lawyer" stuff.  one more thing- why is his "personal email address" fda.violations@gmail.com???  That just screams fake to me.

In your position though I'd probably do the same thing you did...
 
Scam plain and simple bro. Someone is BS'ing you. I will personally call Dan tomorrow during business hours and ask him if it is the policy of his office or his personal policy to send out cease and desist letters to individuals violating U.S. law concerning the importation of lasers.

I will seriously get back to you guys on this tomorrow around noon central time. This in my opinion is complete BS. I think someone googled Dans name and department phone number and created a fake gmail account. Every single government agency and I should know because I work for the federal government, uses private Government secured servers for emails including most of our own personal emails. No one I know uses yahoo, gmail, or anything else.

I went to the FDA site and this is the emails they use:
(persons name)@cdrh.fda.gov

That is a legit government email. Why would he send anything from his personal email address, seems he would want it to look "official"
