I also had a great experience with him. I paid $15 for 5 18650's and gave him my address. When it wouldn't work in the USPS label generator, he then gave me a call to confirm everything was as it should be. He then proceeded to overnight the batteries to me via FedEx instead - without charging me any more for shipping, which I'm sure was not cheap.
