Based on the glass cockpit and associated avionics I'd say it wasn't cheap.... at all.

Dang, I would spend hours in that thing, cant imagien the electric bill alone. I would love a simulator for a race car game. I mean they got steering wheel controllers that actually resist and shake like a real car would. Now this is whats up! Auto Simulator - YouTube
