Argon Laser on eBay (Australian listing)

not many details/photos for a $590.00 product

Here you go.....

FOR SALE
'Laser Physics Reliant 50S' Argon laser. All-in-one compact unit with the tube and power supply in one small housing.
Input voltage is self adjusting 90-250VAC, so this will work worldwide! The buyer would probably just have to connect their county's plug onto the power cord if not in Australia.
Power output is adjustable between 5mW and 50mW, 488nm output.
Made in USA, NOT China!
In excellent condition.
Comes with power cord, interlock and key.
Please email me with any questions.

My thread details these lasers including the innards.

should tell you more than what you want to know about these.

They are lightweight thanks to a switchmode power supply. If it were a linear it would weigh 4 times as much and have the more familiar "tube" or "Box" and seperate supply with an umbilical.

They handle startup and shutdown automagically once all interlock conditions are met, and have a beamshutter on the front, handy for keeping dust off the OC.

I never got around to finishing my thread as I ended up selling the laser to help financially with another project, and the laser didnt have a home in the apartment (even though they are a nice compact unit!)

Hey timelab, moving to Vic (Wodonga) in around 2 weeks time, if I have any spare money left after the move I might hit you up for one of these bad boys (If you have any left) :) At least I'd save on shipping! LOL :)
