Anyone into rock collecting

I was just wondering if there is anyone out there big into rock collecting like me

i found these rocks on my desktop.
 
I have 100's of rocks! I have over 180 lbs of petrified wood, lots of jasper, agate and many crystals, my largest quartz crystals are on the coffee table all the time and one is heaver than a bowling ball another is longer than a foot. I really like the colorful ones like azurite, malachite and and fluorite, as well as ocean jasper and amethyst crystal clusters. I also have over 100 faceted gems from Brazil, Afghanistan, California, Africa and Thailand. Been collecting since 1960!

I used to collect loads of rocks - mainly different crystals, fossils and amber. I still have most of the ones I collected, but they are at my old house, in a different country. Some of my nicest items are: a large piece of amber with a dragonfly in it, a 13inch cut out of a hollow stone which is full of crystals (not sure which ones, I just liked to look at them) and an almost intact Chinese fossil of a fish (again, the name escapes me) which is about 220 million years old.

I also have quite a few rocks which react to my 405nm lasers.

@ Rangedunits - I don't think those are the rocks or crystals they are talking about...
 
A couple of years back at a rock show, an old timer asked me, "how do you become a rock collector" and I answered I don't remember if I once knew. He answered you need a bag of marbles,
when you go anywhere,
when you find a rock,
pick it up and place a marble there,
so,
when you have lost all of your marbles,
you are a rock collector!
