I was going to do a render comparing 501B and C6 one but 3DS max crashed on me. There goes one good hour of work. I'll recreate it now.

Haha no, I meant that, I didn't render all that out for nothing, I will eventually put those designs on paper and get working on them, machine them out and sell them, eventually.

Anyhow.

Here it is, comparison of 501B heatsink and Cree C6 heatsink, new designs:

$5 more for that chunk doesn't seem that bad now, does it?
