Me too! I ordered on Feb 27th because the sale was supposed to be ending at the end of the month. Otherwise, I was thinking of waiting. Then it went through March, and then into April.

There is nothing I can do or say that will help.

I am going to finish those 20 orders of some customers that have been good a nice to me all along and that is it. I got no money to order any parts with. As most orders have been disputed so the money to buy parts with is gone.

Sure. But I does not let me as there is not money in the account buddy. How could I refund them then ?

I can work it out and work for a few months and get it all back if you will wait.

I am willing to get everyone's money back.

The one thing that is really not true. I was never a scammer , never. I never intended to scam anyone. And I am willing to get the money back to everyone. It will take sometime though.

You can't just rip off people who are not being nice to you. DONT BUY HIS LIES... He already said that it will take time... He's trying to push you off until it's to late for you to file a claim

He ordered a 1 watt 520nm from you and after weeks and weeks of b.s. you sent him a laser that tested at 119mw.. And was probably the equivalent of a 20mw for brightness? Yeah that guy, he preparing a little letter that is going to his friend in the United States Senate .... And trust me they get stuff done fast.. It won't be long at all until that reaches the U.S embassy in Tel Aviv.. Then after that to the Israeli authority's... And then a knock at your door... Have fun explaining this one to them!!!
 
Buddy? You must be joking.

You took money, you sent fake tracking numbers, you didn't send out the products you accepted money for, and you used funds from new orders to cover old orders.

That is an almost textbook definition of a ponzi scheme. So whether you set out to do it or not, as of this time you are a scammer.

If you want to earn back any good will and reputation you must find a way to refund people, or fill their orders, though let's me honest, who's gonna want to risk waiting even longer?

I'd like to believe you, but at this point actions speak louder than words. If you actually manage to make this right with all of your customers fine(no hard feelings). However it seems you have a lot of work cut out for you to do so. Believe me, I'd really like to see you prove us wrong and prove that you're not some kind of mass scammer.

If anyone here actually thinks that he's going to jail, you have no idea how the criminal justice system works, much less the problem of international differences. My understanding of Israel is that they are not going to jail any citizen there over this issue. And, if you think a letter to your congressman is going to make the difference, you are truly naïve.
 
I'm sorry Paul but you are VERY wrong! The United States has stong ties with Israel.. There WILL be action taken.

Has anyone actually tried to contact any authorities, or are these are empty threats? Not even touching the issue if anything would come of contacting anyone.

After all this, you're still blaming your customers for everything that's gone down the past week or so?
 
He did accept PayPal's contract, he will be liable when he gets a job, you heard him say he could get work, before he said he could only build lasers after work, maybe he quit work to avoid garnishments, but paypal can get a judgement and his wages will be garnished, it's in their interest to discourage theft.

If I did what he did they would call it wire fraud and I would be facing federal charges.
Paypal will know how to pursue legal action in Israel.

If he is under 18 his parents could be held liable, whos name is his internet in?

I saw a house in his video, do they own or rent, paypal will go after their money.
