Supposedly it will be a 2000 mile craft that will be hovering over Alabama. I'm about 15mins from Alabama so i hope it happens and ill get some really good pics.

I don't think so. IIRC, the Earth's Atmosphere is Spherical. so im not sure if you would see it.

well 2 things out of the oridinary happened today, wide power outage through south west Detroit and my internet stopped working (neighbors is fine though their internet is faaaast!)
