Indeed. No person in sane mind destroys a $200 laser for no good reason. Hell, no person in sane mind destroys a laser at all.

Everything can be fixed. Except eyeballs, but they were not damaged, were they? They were not even remotely in danged unless he looked down in the lens trying to get the contact working.

There is a difference between $0.50 1mW red keychain laser and $200 1W 445nm laser.

Former was intended as a joke. Latter is not.

Also, yes, he can do whatever he damn well pleases. We can damn well hate him for it.

Well he admitted he did a stupid thing and said he was sorry.
I honestly don't believe he is a genuine troll, just a rather "eccentric"
(to say it diplomatically) person but I guess only time will tell.
I just hope he learned his lesson and leave it at that.

Tikilaser still irks me a lot of times but I have decided to just scroll past the posts when I dont agree. Nothing against him, just dont care for his reasoning. He started here after me, which means that he didn't like what I said, not that I made him want to die.

And you spawned the negativity. Its like if you started a fire, then said "Damn it's getting hot" when its an inferno AFTER you threw gas on it.. Its stupid.

Let's all agree that he was an idiot for what he did. Keep that in mind, and see what else he posts. Sick.

anyways.....you seem unhappy with it so i'm gonna make you a deal. You can take all the laser components out of it, and return the host/heatsink/blank PCB/focus adapter in the condition I originally mailed it to boosted, and i will buy it back to you for $30.
