So would the Uvex S0360X glasses protect me enough that if the 1.2 blue laser glances by my eye, I won't have any serious damage?

Hi,
I'm getting the 1.2w laser from yobresal, and I was looking at eye protection. I saw some links before, but they were like all 80 bucks. Way outta my price range :p

What do you guys think of these?

405nm 445nm Protective Goggles Low Cost Effective Protection Laser Glasses | eBay

405nm,450nm,473nm,532nm laser safety goggles [OLGLG532] - $19.99 : Zen Cart!, The Art of E-commerce

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :p

DO NOT get those ones from O-Like. I bought them and they are awful. They wouldn't stop a 10mW laser. Get the ones in the ebay link, that ebayer is a member here, JLSE and I'm sure he tests those before selling them.

There have been several posts about the Blue blockers and they are still considered ineffective. These are some of the posts I found about them:

http://laserpointerforums.com/f44/scopeguy20s-blu-blockers-glenn-51880.html
http://laserpointerforums.com/f39/wtb-glenns-blu-blocker-goggles-67587.html
http://laserpointerforums.com/f53/blublockers-vs-red-safety-glasses-pics-included-75703.html

In the last one, which is in the "Get some goggles now thread" the conclusion was that Duke Anumber would get some better goggles. He recommended them because they partly blocked the light from his 445! He did not test them on am LPM either! Go for the Eagle pair or a tested LPMed and verified pair.
