It's on internal and external threads!

OK post a link to a thread that has pictures of the JetLasers PL-E and an OX-BX8 that you own if too lazy to take a photo. I can not find any pictures of those lasers in your threads/posts.

It makes no sense at all to ruin a JetLlasers laser to pull the diode and driver out of it ---you will probably ruin both--the driver and switches and leds are all part of one assembly---chances are they can not be adapted to something the size of the OX-BX8
An OX-BX8 which only $100 new w. batteries, charger, case and goggles.
If you want an OX-BX8 2500+ mW ---just buy one for $100--simple and less expensive than what you are thinking of doing + lees chance of failure--is a lot of trouble and time over a low cost laser or copy of it that will be inferior to the JetLasers laser.

It would probably cost more to ship it both ways to you from Italy than the cost of a new OX-BX8 $100

The external and internal thread of this brass copper host can be carried out with electric lathe? or is it okay to thread the tubes too? (es, 2 ", 3" etc ... to understand)

This whole thread is confusing. Why do this? It would be easier to just buy a module from DTR and do your own build. Don't ruin a perfectly good Jetlaser for a project which probably won't work anyway.
