Yeah, then your charger is probably crap. I'd look on Amazon for a li-ion charger.

A laser at that current with 16340 batteries, depending on the batteries' capacities (probably low because you are using UltraFires), should be running longer than 5 minutes. But seriously. Get both new batteries and a new charger.
 





Hmm. For now it works really good. The batteries and the charger.
I'll try to search for really good and cheap batteries and charger, and I'll buy.
