A Very Urgent question about the BlitzBuck V3 Round 3A driver ! (Jumper for HIGH)

I designed and built this driver. It should not be having an issue with cooling.

So you're saying that charging the batteries fixes the issue for 30 seconds to a minute, but then it starts to fade again. That implies that it's certainly the batteries. UltraFire batteries are notoriously pieces of crap, so you're probably not going to get much out of them.

But a friend of mine said that he ordered only this batteries all the time and he has no problems.
I thought that the problem was that in the minute I play the laser it's strong (even it's really low ) and than it's starting to fade again. (From low, but available to see the beam, to really low, that almost unavailable to see the dot. )
Than I can give it a rest of 1 - 2 minutes, and again - I can see the beam for a few second, and it's fade again. ( Even if the batteries are weak )

EDIT:
Made a short video;

When pressing the button it's strong, than low.

I'm telling you - if it works when the batteries are charged for about a minute, and when the batteries are not fresh it hardly works at all, it's the batteries. Either believe your friend or the guy who designed the driver, your choice.

Batteries hold surface charge, that's why it works briefly. It's a very common problem.

I trust you both. He just said it can be the problem, he wasn't sure also.
Anyway , today it worked great ! for a long time without any problem.
But after I used it aggregate something like 3-5 minutes, it started make trubles during I made a burning video.
445nm laser - YouTube
That flickering. I didn't touch with the light.

It must be the batteries. Get good batteries - UltraFires are notoriously unreliable.

Where can I get a good ones and Cheap ?
Also a charger ... I think that he's the problem. Cheap chinese charger. :\
Can I get a link to a good one please ? :)

Try bestinone.com for their IMR batteries. Really cheap, high quality stuff.

I guess that my problem is the charger and not the batteries.
Can u give me a link to a good and CHEAP charger ? ( not up to 5$ or something )

I've told you four times. Your problem is the BATTERIES. UltraFires SUCK. Unless you know for certain that your batteries can put out 1.2A, which I highly doubt, then it's your batteries before your charger. If you're not going to listen, I am going to stop helping.

I'm listen man.
For now everything is ok, and laser works great. ( Can't check his power )
My charger is suck. Even if I played a lot with the laser, when I''m charging one battery, sometimes the light is green in the charger, instead of red, and also after 30 mins - 1 hours the charger is getting really hot.
Also, what did you mean that my batteries can put out 1.2A ?
Each battery is 1000mAh , 3.6V.
Sorry that I don't understand, but here's the place to learn. ;)
Thank you !

Listen, you're not getting full power with those batteries, no matter what. Buy some quality batteries, buy a quality charger (search the forum for that one) and you'll be all set. This hobby isn't cheap, so know what you're getting into.

Hmm .. understood.
How long is that take to charge one of my batteries with my charger ?
After 30 mins - 1 hour it's getting really hot ( The charger ) and I afraid to keep charge it.

I can't know how long it will take to charge your batteries without know what type of batteries you have or what type of charger you have.

However, are you sure it's the charger that gets hot and not the batteries?

Yea, I'm sure about that.
The charger is getting hot and the batteries not. (Maybe a little bit, but not like the charger.)
Anyway now the laser works great, but I can't check his power. :\
I guess it's between 1.6W to 1.8W because of the driver set to 1.82Amps .
How long a "normal laser" with "normal batteries" should work in his full power, until hes getting low and wade ? Up to 5 mins?
