I honestly do not see how that is funny? Can you explain how this concept and the scene is funny? Honestly you laughed? I see the label of the video so someone else thinks this is funny. Does Anyone else see this as crazy what people are laughing at?

heh, where it cuts, I can see why most people would think it's horriffic. If you saw the movie -- you'd understand why it's not, and why it is actually really funny.

If the girl got killed even in the storyline I don't think anyone would think it's funny. But as was "spoiled" already -- (and I think it was even in some of the trailers) -- she wasn't.

Basically they're kind of a well... "kick-ass" special-forces sort of family, and the dad is training her to be tough, (kinda revealed when she says 'i hate getting punched in the chest' -- like its something she's annoyed at but happens all the time in her family and is no big deal, like 'i hate having to take out the trash') and having her practice on "what being shot while wearing a bulletproof vest feels like".

Basically right after where it cuts, she gets up and dusts herself off.

Of course they set it in winter so everyone's wearing huge coats and you can't see that.

Sucks when a joke has to be explained but I can see why some people would :wtf: at that.

Revealing it doesn't really spoil the movie anyways, it just kind of sets up the characters.

the only plane you can shine a laser at is the one in your imagination and the only person you san shoot in the chest is your opponent in paint ball

What would be so exciting about shining a laser at a plane? I highly highly doubt you would even be able to see the dot if you did hit it. Not to mention it would cost hundreds of dollars to pay for even a small plane to fly around for a short while.

you might be able to see it, but the cost would be split by many people who all want to do this

Great movie! There's a problem with this thread even though the intention is to legally point a laser at an aircraft. At no time is it ever going to be legal to point a laser at an aircraft outside of a military or scientific application. It's always illegal in our laser hobby to direct a laser pointer at anyone. It doesn't matter whether it's a 5mw cat toy or a q-switched green 5 watt. The title of the thread is what we are trying to avoid at all costs.
