A 445nm Blue Laser For Sale In Australia?

Hey everyone,

Interested in buying a hand-held laser at 445nm (Blue) or even Green for 532nm. Custom built or factory built is irrelevant. Something around $90 dollars, maybe $100.

Also around 150 - 250mW, anything above that would be great, i'd put a maximum at 500mW (having said that 500mW is alot more expensive than $100 i think? D: )

Unfortunately as I live in Awwwstralia customs wont allow anything in etc etc. So if an Australia member has any spare or any he/she would like to sell, I'm open to all offers!

Thanks! :thanks:

You should probably state that you're in Australia first before requesting the lasers. That's the main limiting factor you're going to face.

get an o-like green module ( totally legal to import) and ill send you an empty dragon lasers viper host (no cost to you)that is perfect for these modules . ive had 2 of the 200mw modules and for the money i like them. they also have lower power ones cheaper. no work involved for you just put the module in the host a bit of sticky tape to holsd it together and boom .

kcorbhv: if he doesn't want it i'll take it(the viper host)

psychosoda: You could get/build a 1W 445 for that money if you wanted but I wouldn't recommend it as that is very powerful

@kcorbhv
how much would you want for it?
and wouldnt it overheat without a heatsink as its a pen host?

@laserpyro
I dont think i have the knowledge yet to build a 1W (or any other handheld for that matter) all in good time though. also it is definitely too powerful for me as a beginner.

@serpantslayer
yobresal is based in the US unfortunately (at least thats what it says) so getting one through customs would not be fun.

that sounds like a good plan. I have actually had my eye on the 100mW o-like module for some time now, and was thinking about putting in into a host from ebay.

this seems to be a higher quality build though ;D

I will happily accept your offer and will continue to purchase the module!

So should i send you my details now or? :beer:
