One more question, can you use a regular Voltometer with an ma setting to set the pot on the flexdrive in place of a test load? If you use this method does the diode have to be hooked up?? Also is 360ma the limit for a flexdrive powering a 12x with a high forward voltage? I read somewhere that this is the limit for these drivers - correct me if Im wrong... :thanks:

The Flexdrive is a boost circuit, so you would have to put the meter on the 10amp setting
and insert it between the Flexdrive & the diode.

I think the Flexdrive will provide more than 360ma.
The input voltage can be 4.2 VDC from a #18650 li-ion.

So it can be done...
If I used 3 AAA batteries then that would give me a healthy 4.5 V, would that be better?
