Looks great... any background? What is this? How much did it cost you? :)

Yeah , sorry forgot to add , this was a 750mw rated 671nm DPSS laser head , i got it a wile ago for around 200usd the driver was dead and tec driver were damaged i got a flexmod 2 to replace diode driver , and then i need to sort cooling out , this does burn tape when focused but not fully sure on output power .

Wow, 750 mW that's a very powerful laser! I guess now you can change your signature since you have this laser.

Very nice work! What are your plans for driving the TECs?

Well im kinda stuck the tec driver used didgital sesors but they dont work anymore so i need a way to attach new anoloug sensors - like a thermistor to each mount then use driver to regulate temp of the 3 mounts . But im not sure , would be nice to get over 500mw out of this laser .

funny how the IR of the laser makes it look like white light on a camera (you did have goggles on, did you? it sure doesn't look white to you).

I have goggles for IR :) , even with them off the light would be invisible to me apart from the 808nm wich would be very faint . my othere camera pics up the 671nm as a pinkish colour

I would recommend contacting robin at Die4LASER. He makes an active TEC driver called die4chill.. I believe that it uses thermistor input to regulate temperature. Just email him at the address at the top of that page.
