@ RA_PIERCE. You so lucky to have a view of the Andromeda galaxy! Us southern hemisphere guys don't get it overhead. Only (rarely) very low on the horizon. Would love to point my 6" Celestron at it...

Yes, but you guys get the Magellanic clouds.
One of these days I'll have to set up my camera with my girlfriend's scope and get a proper picture of some of these objects. She has an 8" Celestron.
