They are worth it ONLY if they are really 10mW+

I have a tray of the 7mW 635's which struggle to hit 7mW raw output
let alone 10mW. If they are 7mW, 10$ea is a bit much..

Dont wast your money. I have bought 2 of them for testing. They both Popped "LED" at 4mW after optical lens.

These are cheap and garbage.

I believe these to be 5mW diodes. Crappy ones and being sold as 10mW. The datasheet is also not correct.!!!! I have asked them for the whole datasheet and they refuse to give it to me. Probebly because they are not 10mW.

Get the 7mW ones from:
635nm bright red laser diode DL 6353TL 7mW NEW One pc | eBay
3 pcs. 635nm red laser diodes DL 6353TL 7mW NEW 3 pcs. | eBay

These are Good. They will run at 5mW Safely.:) Not 10mW but still Nice Diodes.
