445nm lasers

Hi everyone, i have been having a hard time trying to decide which 445nm laser to put in my RGB projector (which i just orderd PT-30k's for) i have narrowed it down to a couple choices and i am mainly concerned about the overall quality.

445nm 455nm 0-1000mw adj power analog modulation AC | eBay
this one is a 445nm, 0-1000mw adj power

600mW 445nm Diode Lasers :: 445nm Blue Lasers :: Ultralasers, Inc
this one is only a 600mw 445nm laser but it is located in my hometown of toronto and its beam diameter is only 2 x 4mm

I could see that working for me, i just need to find a 1w driver with analog modulation and thanks for the suggestion!!!
