i'm bumping this thread to give my input to the community, i have got 2 diodes of those and today i killed one of them (i accidentally supplied it with 500+ mA)
the other one works fine and actually lights matches when i supply it with 440mA (with Heatsink!)

also i'd like to remember everyone who might want to buy one of those CHEAP diodes that GOGGLES are a MUST! without them you'll get blind!
