3 Mirror Spiro

what he said.. he got it exactly right. Although that angle is a bit steep. Maybe 91 degrees. Here is a picture of what I just setup. The cut pvc pipe is for lining up the mirror in the same orientation every time. I'll eventually remove that and put in a simple dichro setup to combine multiple colors.

I'm still waiting on one more mirror to finish it. The dental mirrors are small and by the 3rd motor it's getting pretty big so when I used a forth to shine the show out the front, I have to have a larger mirror.

thanks kenom and deam!!!!! hopefully radioshack will have the motors in stock on friday. oh, one more is there a max rpm that i don't want to use. Because i have some high speed rc car motors?

I've personally not ran into any limits on how fast it can go but I'm sure there isn't

what Ive found is that as long as you don't have any problems getting from mirror to mirror to the last just adjust the last mirror accordingly and you can get any size and distance you want. me and everybody on here knows that you can glue the mirror down permanently but im trying to figure out a way to where you can still get reliable angles but adjust them while keeping your center of gravity and balance.

You might open a new thread instead posting in one which has been dead for 11 months ;)
