update 5: Oooooh, I wasn't expecting this: ...'For the benefits of both parties, LAZERER will refused to processed any further order in case the dispute is opened by the customer.
Therefore we would like to notify that your order (#15xx and #17xx) is automatically cancelled. Money will be refunded to your paypal account. Please note that sometime it will take up to 24 hours for it to up on your paypal record.
We are so sorry for any inconvenience caused. Feel free to make the purchase until we both got a satisfied solution on the dispute. Thanks for your understanding. Have a nice day

1) 15xx - Rifle 500mw 405nm - ordered 11th Jan - has said processing ever since - was told by max YESTERDAY it would be 'available' in next few days - now cancelled!

2) 17xx - LZSK 532nm (x2) 400mw + 300mw - Ordered 31st Jan - said processing ever since - now cancelled!

An interesting development I think.

Lol,,,,,,yes you did, ginhev123, but business is business and you have to stand up for yourself in this world - no one else is going to. Its far too easy to try and please someone else and get ripped to bits whilst doing it.
There are a lot of praises sung for Max/Lazerer around here (thats why I went down that route!) - lets delve a bit deeper :D

edit: Ok, fair enough, Lazerer doesn't want the business. I hate having money lying around in Paypal, so lets give O-like a try :D

Just ordered: http://www.o-like.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2&products_id=142 + http://www.o-like.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2&products_id=166 + http://www.o-like.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=55&products_id=127

It says 3-5 days shipping with DHL to the UK on O-like website,,,,, I wonder :D

That's actually RICH.......he thinks YOU NEED to purchase from him, so he's going to "punish" you by not letting you order from him because HE screwed-up an order.

You still placed another order from him in good faith while waiting to get that ordered corrected, so you trust him, but now until PP rules the way he wants them to for him, no more sales from you?

Well that's easy, take your business else where; China is full of Lasers and he ought to know that. When your return laser arrives back with him, escalate it to dispute and don't do business with him anymore. After all he doesn't want to trust you, so why would you trust any laser he sends back out to you for the replacement since he already sent you a defective one in the first place and started this whole mess...............I think he just burned a big bridge here. :wtf:

I think so too.

I started this thread expecting to be dealt with very fairly considering all the glowing reports i've read about Lazerer,,, but at the back of my mind there was always the..'what if..' question. So I thought i'd start this thread - trying to be totally unbias and giving Max as much credit as possible - and just see how he deals with this and update as it happens.
I didn't think it would go downhill so quick :tsk: @ Max

Was that a pre-packaged Quote off his website or was that an E-Mail
sent to you personally by Max...

Jerry

I know, it took me by surprise.
He said in email yesterday... 'Regrading to your last email about the other two order you have placed. I once again apoligized for the delay. This is how we work. We purchase different part and send to the factory to produce the laser.
And if one (or more) part is not avaliable at the moment. The whole laser cannot be produced. Maybe you don't know. People in China take lunar new years very serious. It just like the world is stop spinning during this festival. We can just hurru up, hurry up and hurry up them but it won't help much. Anyway your Rifle405 should avaliable within these few days.'

All 3 of my orders were for 'in stock' items. One was placed 29 days ago, the other 9 days ago. How can an item be in stock if it has missing parts???? :D

Hi Andy,

Sorry the reason that we refund you the money on another two order because I doubt if it do not arriver you on time ( our supplier is not so stable just the moment ) and you will open any two disput. This is not meaning I don't trust you. Too many disput on paypal will result in the suspection of our account. This is just an safety precaution of our business. Like you open a disput for your protection. I hope you will understand. I am not hostaging your money and I rather refund them. I will be very happy to do more business with you once we solve the problem.

I will check on your RIFLE and I am sure you will get what you've paid for.

Max

Sounds like what WL did when they first came out with the Arctic's back then, glad they changed their business model now.

Looks like lazerer adopted it now though.

Hello Max,
I am pleased you made an appearance.
I've said all along I do have trust in you, though this mornings email raised some doubts.
I'm quite prepared to accept your reasoning because I was starting to have my doubts if the order placed on Jan 11th would arrive in time as well, and Yes, I would of had to open a dispute if it hadn't (I would have contacted you a few days earlier first). I can understand you cancelling that order for that reason. Cancelling the order placed 31st Jan I wasn't so sure about. However, I don't blame you if you've done it for the reasons you say,(too many disputes etc) but it would have been nice if you had told me that in the email. I would have understood.;-)

Now with that said...'In Stock' - that should mean ready to go. Those orders should have been out already :D

That is the issue I would have with this order too, you placed an order for in-stock items; only to be told at a much latter date "our supplier is not so stable just the moment".

That's fine, but what does that have to do with items already in-stock on the shelf? Sounds like back-pedaling to me OR better yet the way WL did things when the Arctic's first came out; I thought everyone would know better by now. I guess some things never change, so "in-stock" means absolutely nothing; other than you can place your order and wait to see what happens. :undecided:
