I didn't make it to PGI this year but I'll be in Mason City next August!!! Clear Lake is only about 7 miles from the "site". The Sheriff told me last time, "If it goes BANG, I should know you'll be there"!!!!

Will the 18650-20R cells charge to 4.2 volts???
These 20 Amp cells arrived at 3.63 Volts which
is likely normal.

Yes thye do charge to 4,2V as most lithium batteries

4.2 v it is then. they seem to get real warm but I'll bring them up slowly.
I want 4 volts at ~ 12 Amps!!! The Starwarz gun needs 32 volts @ 12 Amps.
I run it for under 10 seconds at full power normally. Half power is still
impressive!
