For sale a DTR 1W NUGM03 525nm Diode in 12mm Copper Module with X-Driver set at 2.2A with a G8 glass lens in a 25mm aluminum heat sink in brand new condition, only used to test in working order.

With Australia's restrictions on lasers be careful trying to sell it there. You might get lucky, though, because of those laws. Good luck.

What is the output power from that diode at 2.2 amps, through the lens (after losses)? How high can it safely be pushed?

Have not tested it myself but anywhere between 1W to 1.2W.
Can be pushed to 2.4A but 2.2A is the highest recommended for long life use.
All depends on how well it's heatsinked.
