Daytime beamshots of this laser are always nice to see. In the day I think it's easier to see than my 100mW green. Of course, being 16 times more powerful will help but blue is still much less visible to our eyes than green.
On a clear night it's a sight to behold, the beam of pure blue literally appears to reach the stars. My BF was amazed last night when I flashed it up at the sky, but we only did it very briefly for fear of drawing attention - it was probably visible for miles around.
