150mw 635nm diode 5.6mm

I tried to do a GB for the 10 pack of 20mW 635nm diodes Here:

http://laserpointerforums.com/f50/20mw-635nm-diode-ebay-lot-10-175-a-62669.html

Price would have been $15 + $1 shipping each as there where not that much of a discount if i only bought 3 lots. If i bought 10 lots it would have been cheaper.

He wanted to charge me $45 for shipping them to me.LOL

However the Supplier Would not tell me what brand diodes they where Gave me a DataSheet that i ran by someone that is very experience with 635nm diodes and told me that that data sheet was the None correct one.

Then the supplier stopped answering my question and i felt that he was getting anode with my questions.

Witch I was Just asking the Basic Questions.

I asked to buy samples if he would not send me a couple for testing and he wanted 60$ each.

So THis Supplier Sucks. Do not buy from Them.

I was also informed that they are cheap 20mW diodes. Not quality ones and you would probebly not get 20mW out of them and if you do they wont last.

If you want 20mW diodes why not just buy them from Andrew over at Modwerx:
20mw 635nm laser diode (red) [M0053] - $18.99 : Modwerx Shop

A little Cheaper then the 10 pack.

Since the 10pack at $175+ another 40+ dollars for shipping.

As well as you are getting them from a respected store on the forum.

Ive got one of his 20mW ones on the way. Cant wait to get it.

Even though prices are high its great to see more 635nm diodes on the market. I think these pico projectors and other video projectors are really going to change the laser diode game...in our favor.
