10440 help

Hey peeps,

I have 2 10440's that are reading good voltage like 3.59 and they won't charge more. and i have 2 known good ones that are in my 6x. the 6x is a dorcy led that uses the 3aaa cartrige. so when use my 2 known good ones it works fine. but when i add either one of the first mentioned 10440's it instantly goes dim. has anybody every had a similar problem.. good voltage but no current?

10440 cells kinda suck. Very little mAh
If your only reading 3.59 thats almost dead. You want 4.2v
Once you put a load on those cells there probably dropping to 3v or less.
Plus if they wont charge past 3.59v, it sounds like their damaged.
