That afterglow is very nice ideed.
Personally i don't fancy blu ray lasers at all due to their semi-invisible frequency (go dpss if you want blue...), but this glow in the dark stuff does give it a nice touch. I imagine it could look pretty neat on the ceiling of a lounge bar or in a similar setting - one of those few situations where trippy is more important than isanely bright
