1 E-drive for sale

Re: 1 E-drive for Sale

So, 6 fully adjustable E-drives are now for sale. 200 mA upwards to 2.25 amps. They are parallel-able as well.

Asking $15.99 per, plus $1.69 USA shipping. I can't do international orders unfortunately.

They do carry the discrepancy between boost and buck mode, however there is a trick around it.

If you plan on using two cells/one cell, make sure you set the current using BUCK mode with two cells. Buck mode carries higher current value than boost, so when you switch over to one cell, the current will be lower.

Rather than the opposite away around, with the current going higher if you set it on boost mode. I hope that makes sense, and I'll also post this to the E-drive thread too.

Will these new ones fit inside the aixiz module? Might get one for use in a 12x build.

Re: 6 Adjustable E-drives for sale

Yes, they fit inside of aixiz modules just fine. I've centered the output pads as well so it's easy as hell to connect it all up.

Re: 6 Adjustable E-drives for sale

Bump, all of them are still here...

Re: 6 Adjustable E-drives for sale

If they will be here on 7th I'm getting some :) Empty wallet at the moment

I'll set one aside for you Gzilla, so don't rush. :)

Re: 5 Adjustable E-drives for sale

1 has been sold. :)

I'm also working on getting a pdf file together for it.

Re: 5 Adjustable E-drives for sale

There is no possibility to ship it internationally ? Will it be available in CajunStore or DTR ?

Re: 5 Adjustable E-drives for sale

Boop n' Bump.

Tsavorit, *possibly*, but I don't know for sure.

Re: 5 Adjustable E-drives for sale

Hey there, I will take 2 of these please!

Re: 5 Adjustable E-drives for sale

Sweet yob, PM sent!

Also, for anyone who is curious, I just did a final spike test on my LPC-826 build I keep just for this purpose.

Setting the driver to 440 mA was easy. (be sure to use an insulated screwdriver, and light movements!) Once set, I hooked up the laser diode correctly, and...

It... didn't turn on?

I went back and checked the connections over, and found I had messed up + and negative on the diode! I was ... kinda worried least to say, but it was an easy mistake to make, since the wires on my LPC-826 are the same color for both ground and +.

After flipping the connections around, I found that the driver AND THE DIODE both survived intact... Overvoltage protection saves the day, AND, there aren't any spikes, with two cells or one cell!

Two for me as well:
15.99*2 + 1.69 = Total?
