Putting laser diodes in series is the best option. If you run them in parallel you need resistors in series with each diode to limit the current, without the resistors you run the risk of one diode drawing more current than the others.
In series they need (num diodes)*(voltage drop per diode)...

The Problem
Ideally, the reputation system accomplishes one goal, to provide feedback for members on the forums.
However, the rep system does not accomplish this well.
The first problem being that there is no record of past reputations beyond the ones...
Wow. That's an impressive UPS run time. Mine has enough time to wait for a minute for the power to come back on before it sends the shutdown command.
RAID0, you're a braver man than I :p I use RAID10 in one server with an extra drive on fail over assignment, and RAID1 for everything else.
